DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

Effective date: September 8, 2026

All sales of digital products, including EPUB eBooks and other downloadable files, are final once the download has been made available to the purchaser.

Because a digital product cannot be physically returned after access has been provided, Mouthpiece Media does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind;
  • An accidental purchase;
  • Failure to review the product description or compatibility information;
  • Purchasing the wrong format;
  • Inability to use the file with a particular device or application when the stated format was correctly supplied; or
  • A purchaser no longer wanting the product after receiving access.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their device or reading application supports the EPUB format before purchasing.

Download Access

Download links may be limited to five downloads and remain available for 30 days after purchase. Once downloaded, the eBook itself does not expire. Customers are responsible for saving and backing up their purchased file.

If a purchaser experiences a genuine technical problem accessing or opening the supplied file, they must contact Mouthpiece Media within 30 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue or provide replacement access to the same digital product. A technical problem does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or charged an incorrect amount. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

Personal-Use Licence

Each eBook purchase is licensed to the individual purchaser for personal use only. Digital products may not be copied, uploaded, resold, distributed or shared with others. Purchased eBooks may include visible and invisible identifiers connecting the file to the original order.

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of download access and any other legal remedies available to Mouthpiece Media.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
